Putin puts over Medvedev's Khloponin his own man Kozak. Caucasian puppets could be replaced by Russians from Krasnoyarsk

Publication time: 2 February 2010, 16:12

A Putin's man, Dmitry Kozak, returned to the occupied Caucasus as a double for Medvedev's puppet Khloponin.

Gazeta.Ru writes he will duplicate (i.e., control - KC) Khloponin during his absence. Meanwhile, Khloponin is building up his own gang consisting of his countrymen.

The media points out that the gang is mostly recruited from residents of Krasnoyarsk and not from the puppets in the Caucasus Provinces.
