The editorial staff of Kavkaz Center has received a video message from the Emir of the Caucasus, Abu Usman (AKA Dokku Umarov) to the parents of apostates, and also to the apostate-policemen themselves, in which he tells about the real state of affairs in the mountains, exposing Kadyrov's lies. Kavkaz Center got this message in the beginning of July.

In the name of Allah Merciful and Beneficent:
I begin my message with tidings of peace and prosperity from Allah, first of all, to all Muslims, and then to my compatriots.
Today is June 22 and at the beginning of this this message, I declare that we all and all those among us give praise to Allah for the fact that he made unity among the Mujahedeen in the cause of raising His word, and establishing His laws.
As I already said today is June 22, and I would like to address my message to the parents of The Vainakh people. The reason for this message today is that your fathers, brothers, sons and husbands swarm into the mountains with the purpose of killing us. Whoever sends them, Putin or someone else? Medvedev... Bortnikov...
Your husbands and sons are misled by the so called "mullahs" who support their actions.
But, whatever decisions and explanations they make, referring to ayahs (verses) and surahs (chapters) from Quran, I swear by Allah that the way they are pushing you and the way to which your children hold themselves - is the way to the Hell.
I swear by Allah, this is truth. I witness that infernal tortures are expecting each of your relatives destroyed by us in these mountains (fighting on the side of kuffar-disbelievers).
Today, I have to talk about this with regret, because those who have selected this path are from our own people. Actually, they are not destroyed by us, it is Allah who destroys them by our hands because they came against His law, and we are only executers of His will.
We know from Hadith that the time will come when people wrap themselves in the robe of lies and cast off the garments of truth and it is exactly what your children are doing today, and you (parents - KC ) are pushing them into the fire in exchange for the blessings of this world that they obtain through that "job".
I swear by Allah, I am not tired, the Mujahedeen are not tired and we do not intend to get tired, however, whatever we say, it does distress us that your children perish instead of kuffar-disbelievers, since they are our real enemy (infidels).
We kill many of them, without regret, as it was prescribed to us by Allah, and we are very successful in that.
But your children, with them and behind their backs, are coming here, and I swear by Allah, that each of them, who took even the most insignificant part in this "operation" and simply held a weapon with its muzzle upward, regardless of wherever he is, with the aid of Allah will be held responsible for that.
We (Mujahedeen - KC) give this vow, that from this day (June 22 - KC) on, will not leave a single one of them in peace, moreover we do not doubt that even if Allah will not give us the chance to overtake them in this life, each of them will get punishment that they deserve in the next world.
You (parents of apostates - KC) are greatly mistaken, and I will tell you today the reason for your mistake. Think a little bit what does Kafyrov represent by him and what is it - Kafyrov?
Although you yourselves think very little of these events and that aligning with Kafyrov is a small thing? And you think he has your interests at heart in these operations?
He does not even own his pants!!
Think, carefully, think...

They deceive you...
Today they declare to you some unknown victories over us and claim that they have killed my body guards (on June 15). This, certainly, is a lie.
But how many corpses you carry off from here?
We are pity for you; we still were thinking that we could guide you to the true path and we are conveying this massage not because we are scared you.
Even if seven generations of our ancestors were to rise from their graves and if they were to arrive with you here to frighten us, but we will not be frightened, because man striving towards paradise will step back, and we are not looking back, because the one who retreats from the way of Jihad, is already lost...
Look at Yevkurov! Will he still proceed to accompany his "special operations"? He was lucky once, the second time he might not be, indeed, Allah prolongs certain lives so that they will taste more of punishment in this world, or maybe you think that Allah sent you (apostate policemen - KC) here, and then let you return alive from the mountains because you are true? Of course not! Your God sent you here and returned you alive in order to strengthen your tortures and punishment!
Today we see you and so-called "mullahs", who came with you and make their "daawah" to you...
It is already more than 400 years since kafir has appeared here in the Caucasus and for the entire duration of this period they killed both our and your fathers.
Do not forget that the ancestors of those among whom you stand today in this war against us, are the descendants of those who killed your fathers!
This Bortnikov is from them, this Medvedev is from them...
Why do you divide our history and yet try to deceive, claiming that this is another history and that is a new history? No my "brothers", this is the same one!
Exactly their fathers were killing our fathers, and you don't have to go far back. When they deported us to Kazakhstan, they used to hang labels on us. Today they call us "the Wahhabis", in the past they had the same propaganda. There is always propaganda in each war...

The number of young fellows who want to join us is such that we simply do not have the possibility to train and arm them all.
No need to go far for an example, only during this summer seven-eight of your "colleagues" switched to our side with their weapons and entire resources.

All of us will leave this world, all of us have to die, except Allah, but it is important to die in Iman (in the faith), and for this I pray, to be, in Judgment Day, in company of Prophet (pbuh) of Allah (swt). But, for you (apostate policemen - KC) there is fire prepared, and about this there is no doubt.
I again repeat, that I say this with pity in heart and by no means for fear of my own life. But I swear by Allah, I am warning those who, participating in this "operation": their relatives (father, mother, husband, sister, brother) and their children, who feed and support themselves with money earned on the blood of Muslims, we will not leave you in peace, and we will sternly punish you.
We will not leave to your housing and property acquired by this bloody money! We will not leave you alive (with the aid of Allah), and everyone who on the telephones cared about health and matters of their progenies, sent into the mountains to murder Muslims, and all you who supported and worried for them - all of you are also subject to the same punishment.
We will not leave in peace those parents, who voluntarily sent their children to this "work"!
Now care about your souls, and souls of your sons, since I swear by Allah, Insha'Allah, I give you this vow, that we will do this!
And if you succeed in avoiding our punishment, without fail you will be punished by Allah.
Those who understand me, let it be understood, but the one who did not understand, he will understand when the cold corpse of their father, son, husband and brother will be brought to the front door, and then you will remember these words.
May the Peace and the Mercy of Allah be upon you!
